Services Provided

S&G Properties offers lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, and related services as described on our website. Specific services, pricing, and availability may vary depending on your property and location.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site review. Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes before completing the work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Services are scheduled by appointment. We will do our best to accommodate preferred dates and times. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, e-transfer, or other methods listed on our website. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Customer Responsibilities 

To help us provide safe and efficient service, we ask that you:

  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled service time.

  • Secure pets, vehicles, and personal items that may interfere with our work.

  • Inform us of any hazards (e.g., uneven ground, sprinklers, loose debris).

Liability

S&G Properties will perform services with care and professionalism. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden hazards, pre-existing property conditions, or factors outside our control (e.g., weather). Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.
