Refund Policy
At S&G Properties, your satisfaction is important to us. While our services are tailored to each property and cannot always be refunded, we strive to ensure every client is happy with the results.
Eligibility for Refunds or Credits
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, schedule a correction or offer a partial refund/credit. Refunds or credits are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be limited to the value of the service in question
Non-refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:

Work was completed as agreed but does not meet personal preference.

Issues arise from pre-existing property conditions (e.g., dead grass, hidden damage, poor soil).

Services are disrupted due to weather, property access, or customer-related issues (locked gates, pets, vehicles, etc.).

Cancellations occur with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Deposits
For larger projects requiring deposits, these may be non-refundable if work or materials have already been scheduled or purchased.
